In an effort to make it easier to report trail work hours and to reduce the amount of paperwork required for our trail coordinators, we are providing a simple, online form for reporting your volunteer work.

After doing any trail work, go to the form and fill out your name, date work was performed, number of hours worked, what you did, organized or not, and acknowledge that you did indeed sign a waiver. You are required to sign a waiver for each day worked. Click here to download the waiver form.

This is currently a trial program. Please send any questions or comments to midstate@mmba.org. If you do not feel comfortable putting your full name on the sheet, just fill in your first name and last initial, and then send a message to the aforementioned email address.
